Description: 
1. Bio/100 DNA Ladder contains 13 linear double strand DNA bands of 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1500, 2000 and 3000 bases pairs. The intensity of 500, 1500, 2000, 3000 bp bands are stronger than others, for instant band identification.

2. This marker can also be used as reference for DNA quantitative analysis. 
DNA quantity of each band per 5µl loading are as follows: 
50ng for 100, 200, 300, 400, 600, 700, 800 and 900bp bands.
130ng for 500bp band.
100ng for 1000bp band.
200ng for 1500, 2000 and 3000bp bands.

Analysis: 
The marker is evaluated for resolution, intensity, and background on 2% agarose gel in 0.5X TAE buffer.

Analysis: 
The marker is evaluated for resolution, intensity, and background on 0.8% agarose gel in 0.5X TBE buffer.
