100µg of lambda DNA, digested with EcoR I
and Hind III. Supplied in loading buffer (10mM Tris-HCl,
pH 8.0, 20mM NaCl, 1mM EDTA, 5% (v/v) glycerol and 0.025% (w/v)
bromphenol blue) at a concentration of 200µg/ml.
Stability:
The mix is stable when stored at -20°C.
Quality Control:
Each lot is tested for by agarose gel electrophoresis.
