Parallab 350™ - Parallab Data

The Parallab 350™ produces good quality sequencing data from multiple template types including plasmids, PCR products, BAC’s and TempliPhi™. Because the sequencing reactions are miniaturized, not diluted, we have success with a 16 fold concentration range of input template. We also show a reduction in Big Dye used to 160th of a standard 1x reaction. In addition, integrated tools for magnetic bead dye terminator removal allow the utilization of multiple commercially available kits. This unique combination of attributes-nanoliter reaction volume, reduced consumables and complete automation-enable researchers to easily integrate this platform into a variety of laboratory environments and for a broad number of applications.
