BioGene Appointed Exclusive UK Distributors for Brooks Parallab™

BioGene have been appointed as exclusive UK and Eire distributors of the Brooks Parallab™ range of products. This innovative technology has a number of applications in the molecular biology marketplace and is particularly important where accuracy, reproducibility and cost-effectiveness are critical. The Parallab 350™ is an integrated nanolitre workstation comprising liquid handling, cycle sequencing and 'clean up'.

BioGene have particular expertise in 'capillary air thermal cycling' having successfully supported the 'Rapicycler' and 'Lightcycler' from Idaho Technologies and view the Parallab 350™ as a good fit with the current range of products and services that it offers. Application support will be offered by an in-house laboratory and field based technical specialists. Engineering support will be from an in-house team of engineers based at the Company's production facility in Stokesley, North Yorkshire.
