New and Developing Technologies for Genetic Diagnostics
Over 80 attendees from the Regional Genetics Laboratories
around the UK attended a successful 2 day meeting at the
Wessex Regional Laboratories in Salisbury. The comprehensive
program included a look at current technologies for sample
preparation, detection and analysis as well as looking to
technologies and future needs for the service.
Dr David Edge (BioGene) spoke about 'Rapid Real Time Analysis

Dr H Dosanjh (BioGene) presented the Brooks Parallab 350™
platform 'Integrated, automated Nanolitre Biological Workstation'
