Introduction
This application note details the method
that GeneMarker used for cluster analysis, which is use
in a lot of genetic analysis but particularly in AFLP analysis.
GeneMarker for AFLP will be shortly featured in a very positive
light in a peer reviewed article by Heidi Meudt in New Zealand.
