- Genetic Diversity Resequencing
Analysis with Mutation Surveyor:
Introduction
This is the result of a paper that will be given at next
weeks Plant and Animal Genome conference. The New York USDA
used Mutation Surveyor as their analytical tool for the
analysis of DNA variants in three varieties of tomatoes.
What is unique is that this is one of the first utilization
of sequence analysis software for a crop. There will be
two posters one on tomato and one on the analysis of grape
utilizing this technique.
