Automated probe and primer design. Specify a target, choose an algorithm, and Visual OMPTM will automatically determine an appropriate probe or primer. You can then add these sequences to your experiment.

Integrated BLAST and ClustalW sequence alignment. Perform BLAST searches of appropriate genomic databases (public or local) to find potential mis-hybridization gene sequences, then add the targets to your experiment. Use Clustal to align multiple gene sequences in your experiment.
